Your data is hosted exclusively on French servers (OVH infrastructure). A secure individual deposit link is provided to each client after subscription, so your files never transit through third-party services outside the EU.
Your data is used solely to produce your analyses. It is never used to train, fine-tune or improve custovox.ai models. Ever.
We apply clear, contractual retention periods:

custovox.ai is published by a French company (SASU). Our processing is governed by French and European law. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA, GDPR Article 28) is signed with every paying customer; Enterprise customers can get a custom DPA.
